Well, the daggers are blooming and the Mesquite bushes are putting out so I guess spring has sprung in far West Texas. It's really warmed up in the last week. The cotton woods are blooming as well. They say we have a chance of rain this coming weekend. Sure hope they're right. We need a little one before we have a big one or we're gonna lose a lot of topsoil. The ground is just powder keg dry, and very loose.
We would like to congratulate Morgan Holmes on winning the Greatest Horsewoman contest at Art of the Cowgirl. It was really a great show for us and I think a good time was had by all.
I think most of the area ranges are through caving out or are pretty close. Shouldn't be long before they go to starting the Branding fires.
If you need a good quirt we have some really nice ones with hand turned stainless steel handles. You can check them out here on our website.
The Western Heritage Classic in Abilene will be our next tradeshow we go to. I've heard it's really hard to find a place to stay in Abilene with all of the new AI Centers going in. You might want to get your reservations early.
Hope you have a good month. Let us know if we can help you with anything!
Adios!
Gary Dunshee
